Lite now, full Guilded after approval

Adding the bot puts your server on Guilded Lite right away and sends a request for full access. You do not need to fill in a form.

How long does approval take? Servers are approved by hand. When automatic approval is on, a server is also approved by itself after a few days of normal use: /setup start done, a few members, and someone used Guilded that week. Hosting space is limited (50 Lite servers at a time), so approval is not guaranteed. Guilded is free: optional support never buys approval or priority. Details: hosted bot guide.

Set up your guild in five steps

  1. Add the bot with the button above (you need permission to manage the server).
  2. Run /setup start in Discord. Pick English or French, your time zone and the channels you want. /setup start status:true shows anything still missing. Move Guilded's role above the roles it must give.
  3. Ask members to install the addon for your WoW edition: download page and member guide.
  4. After approval, connect the companion. Members open the online companion, choose Sign in with Discord, then your server. At least one officer should run it: members who only use the addon reach Discord through an officer's sync.
  5. Go public when you are ready. Create your guild page with /guildpage create, then /guildpage publish. Open recruitment with /recruit set. Publish your dungeon runs with /mod leaderboard. Share a one-night raid spot with /raid pug share.

Already using Raid-Helper?

Keep it. Both bots can share a server. Guilded's EP/GP, loot and standings come from the addon in game, whatever your guild uses for signups.
