Installed or online?
The Windows companion watches selected game files, queues PoE2 observations offline and writes WoW standings back to your addon.
The online companion needs no companion installation. Supported browsers can remember your SavedVariables folder and read fresh WoW data when you click Sync now. Other browsers select Guilded.lua again after playing. Select Client.txt to preview and share recent PoE2 observations.
With folder access, Save standings to addon writes Standings.lua into your chosen Guilded addon folder. Otherwise download and copy it there. Then /reload. The WoW addon is still required.
Your data, explained
PoE2 sends map areas, levels, visit timestamps and the character, league and mode you declare. Raw logs, chat and file paths are not uploaded.
WoW sends the addon's structured export. The bot checks your current Discord membership and restricts personal accounts to their own characters. Officers keep existing review rules.
Browser files are read locally. Your Discord connection and unsent PoE2 queue are saved on this browser/device, so reopening does not require pairing again. Disconnect on a shared computer when finished. Supported browsers remember selected folders locally; use Forget selected folders or Disconnect to clear those choices. Site settings can revoke browser file permissions. Nothing syncs after closing the page; keep it open until sync finishes.
Export to spreadsheet
On the World of Warcraft page, Export to spreadsheet turns your Guilded.lua into CSV files: standings (EP, GP, PR), loot history, attendance, raids and dungeon scores. The installed companion saves them in a folder you choose; the online companion downloads them. Nothing is uploaded.
Open them in Excel or Google Sheets (File > Import). Officers can get Discord's own ledger, loot, attendance and standings with /officer export. In game, /guilded sheet copies one table to paste.
Something isn't syncing?
- Use Test connection in setup.
- Choose Sign in with Discord again if the link was revoked or replaced.
- Leaderboards only: make sure step 2 points at your account's SavedVariables folder, where GuildedDungeons.lua (or Guilded.lua) is saved.
- In WoW, /reload before syncing.
- For PoE2, ask an officer to enable /poe setup.
- Review Activity or share a support summary with your officer.
